Release 0.11 of cldfviz added a couple new subcommands (aka carrots to make the “data needs to be in CLDF”-stick more acceptable): cldfviz/README.md at main · cldf/cldfviz · GitHub
In particular cldfviz.erd may make the complexity of CLDF datasets more appreciable 
(or presentable to management).
